At Jute Bag Factory, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms for cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
• Orders cancelled after 24 hours but before production begins are eligible for a 90% refund (10% processing fee).
• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Custom Branded Products

Custom branded jute bags with your logo or design are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive defective or damaged products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Incorrect Products

If you receive incorrect products (wrong model, size, or color), we will replace them at our expense or issue a full refund. Please report within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• Bank transfer refunds may take additional time depending on your bank.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper care.
• Custom branded products (unless defective).
• Orders cancelled after production has started.
• Products returned without prior authorization.
