Return Policy

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The product is returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product is significantly different from its description or images on our website

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
  • Items missing original packaging, tags, or accessories
  • Customized or personalized products (unless defective or incorrect)
  • Returns requested after the 7-day window

Note: Even for non-returnable categories, returns will be accepted if the product is found to be defective, damaged, or not as described upon arrival.

Cancellations

  • Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched for a full refund.
  • After Dispatch: Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible; however, you may initiate a return after delivery if the item meets our eligibility criteria.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at theslowlivin@gmail.com with your Order ID, reason for return, and supporting images if applicable.
  2. Approval: Upon review and approval, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) with specific instructions.
  3. Packing: Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
  4. Shipping: Ship the product as per the instructions provided in the RA email.

Return Shipping

  • Errors/Defects: For returns due to defective, damaged, incorrect, or misrepresented products, Slow Livin will bear the full return shipping cost.
  • Other Returns: For all other eligible returns, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the damage.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
  • Reverse pickup or return shipping for these cases will be handled by us.
