• You cancel your order before it has been shipped

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please follow these steps:

• Notification: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the product and packaging.
• Resolution: We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
• Logistics: Reverse pickup or return shipping for these cases will be handled entirely by us.

Replacements & Exchanges

Customers may choose between a replacement or a refund, subject to product availability.

• If the product is in stock, we will ship a replacement.
• If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

1. We will process your refund within 7–10 business days.
2. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
3. You will receive a confirmation notification once the process is complete.

Refund Amount & Shipping

• Errors/Defects: In cases of defective, incorrect, or misrepresented products, the refund will include the product cost + original shipping charges.
• Other Returns: For all other eligible returns, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Items
